Slot Games
In a progressive jackpot slot, a small portion of every bet goes into a central pool. The more players wager, the larger the pool grows. When a specific winning combination lands or a random trigger fires, one lucky player wins the entire accumulated prize. aq 999 has several jackpot slots in the Slots section; the current jackpot amount is shown on each slot's info page.
Yes, selected slot games on aq 999 have a demo or free-play mode where you can explore the game mechanics and paylines without using real money. However, any winnings in demo mode do not transfer to your real balance. To win real prizes you need to log in and place bets with real money.
RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical long-term average return percentage of a slot game. For example, Gates of Olympus has a maximum RTP of 96.50% — meaning for every ৳100 wagered, an average of up to ৳96.50 may be returned over time. This figure is averaged across thousands of spins; results in a single session can vary. Choosing high-RTP games is a sensible long-term strategy.
In most slot games, landing a set number of scatter symbols in a single spin triggers the game's built-in free spin bonus round. These free spins are part of the game itself — they are not a separate promotional offer. In popular games like Fortune Tiger or Sweet Bonanza, free spin rounds can deliver big wins, though all outcomes are completely random.
The minimum deposit on aq 999 is ৳500, the same across all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Once the deposit is confirmed, the balance is credited instantly and you can place bets on any slot game. The minimum ৳500 deposit also qualifies you to claim the Slots Adventure bonus.
Account and Login
No. Under aq 999's terms and conditions, each player is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, or from the same device may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited. Every feature is available through a single account.
After logging in, go to the Profile or Account Settings section to request a change to your name, email, or mobile number. For security, some changes may require OTP verification or assistance from the support team. It is important that the name on your account matches the name on your payment wallet when making withdrawals.
On the aq 999 Login page, click the "Forgot password?" option. Enter your registered mobile number or email and an OTP or reset link will be sent to you. When creating a new password, use at least 8 characters and include numbers and special characters. If you have trouble resetting your password, contact support via live chat.
Login problems can have several causes: the account may be temporarily locked after multiple wrong password attempts, your browser cache may be outdated, or your internet connection may be weak. Clear your cache and cookies and try again. If the problem persists, contact aq 999 support via 24/7 live chat or email.
Yes, you can log in to aq 999 from any device — smartphone, tablet, or computer. When logging in from a new device, OTP verification may be required for security. If you use the aq 999 App, you can play from the same account on any Android or iOS device.
Bonuses and Offers
Yes, aq 999 allows you to cancel an active bonus. However, cancelling a bonus also cancels all winnings earned from that bonus. After cancellation, only your original deposit amount remains and can be withdrawn normally. It is a good idea to speak with the support team before cancelling a bonus.
Open an account for the first time and deposit a minimum of ৳500 — a 150% bonus of up to ৳20,000 is added automatically. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — i.e. ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
In general, bets placed on slot games count in full towards wagering. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti) may count partially, and some games may be excluded entirely. Check the terms of the relevant bonus for the exact list, or ask aq 999 support.
On aq 999, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount, not the original deposit. The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳26,800 gives a bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳46,800; the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 10 = ৳2,00,000. The full wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Yes, every bonus has a set active period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus and any winnings from it are cancelled. aq 999 VIP members may receive extra time in certain cases. The expiry for each bonus is stated in the relevant offer's terms.
Limits and Controls
Cooling-off lets you pause your account for a set period, while self-exclusion keeps your account fully closed for an extended time. Both options are available through the Responsible Gaming section on aq 999 or via the support team. The decision is entirely yours — once activated, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends.
If you are finding it hard to control your gambling, visit aq 999's Responsible Gaming page — it has self-control tools and information on where to get help. Seeking support from a mental health professional or your family is the most important step. Never use gambling as a way to deal with stress or problems.
All casino and betting activity on aq 999 is strictly for people aged 21 and over. Proof of age may be requested during account verification. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this will be permanently closed.
Yes, aq 999 lets you set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. It is an effective way to manage your spending. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one is subject to a waiting period — this helps prevent depositing more than intended in the heat of the moment.
Withdrawal Questions

The standard processing time for withdrawals on aq 999 is 10 to 45 minutes. This applies to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket alike. After submitting a request, the funds reach your wallet within that time. If additional verification is needed, it may take slightly longer.
