1 General Provisions and Definitions

This document sets out the terms of the agreement between the aq 999 platform ("Platform") and any of its users ("Member" or "you"). These terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, payment facilities, and any related activities on the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the aq 999 website, mobile application, and all associated digital channels.
• "Member" refers to any person who has registered an account on the platform and is using its services.
• "Wallet" refers to the balance linked to a member's account, which includes both cash balance and bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to money awarded through promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before the relevant wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

1.2 Validity of the Agreement

These terms are drawn up in English and apply to members in Bangladesh. By logging in, playing games, or completing any financial transaction on the platform, a member confirms their acceptance of these terms.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To use aq 999's services, each member must create a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account.

2.1 Registration Process

• During registration, the member must provide their correct name, mobile number, date of birth, and email address where applicable.
• All information provided must be current, truthful, and accurate.
• aq 999 reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.
• The mobile number must be confirmed via OTP verification.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and manage financial activity, aq 999 may at any time request that a member verify their identity. This may include requesting a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved identification. Larger withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All aq 999 services are for adults aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• A member must be 21 years of age or older at the time of account registration.
• aq 999 may request documents to verify date of birth at any time.
• If an account is opened by misrepresenting age, all transactions will be cancelled and deposited funds may not be refundable.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their minor children do not access this platform.

4 Account Security and Login

The member is fully responsible for the security of their account. Using a strong password and not sharing login details with any third party is strongly advised.

4.1 Password Policy

• Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Use a different password for each account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

4.2 Account Access Transfer

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Allowing a third party to operate, selling, or renting out an account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on aq 999 are handled through secure channels. Currently, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank) are supported for deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same for all methods).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• There are no additional charges on deposits.
• Only deposits from a payment account registered in the member's name are accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be sent back through the same method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw from bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirement must be met.

5.3 Transaction Monitoring

If evidence of suspicious financial activity, money laundering, or fraud is found, aq 999 reserves the right to suspend transactions and notify the relevant authorities.

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

aq 999 runs various bonus and promotional offers for members. Each offer has its own specific conditions, which are set out in detail in that offer's description.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Each specific bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• If evidence of fraud or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• aq 999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 VIP Membership and Cashback

The VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback rate is set for each tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, 0.8% for Gold, and 1.0% for Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week.

7 Game and Betting Rules

Each game on aq 999 is played according to specific rules. If a technical error occurs in the software or server, aq 999 reserves the right to void or review the result of that game.

7.1 Finality of Game Results

• Once a game is completed, the result recorded on the server is final.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a loss of internet connection, it will be settled according to the type of game.
• If a technical error in a game results in an abnormal win, that win may be voided.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, once a bet is placed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules of the recognised sport and the decisions of the relevant governing body. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled according to the applicable sports rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq 999 platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Coordinated betting with other players (collusion).
• Knowingly exploiting any software error on the platform.
• Making fraudulent financial claims through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Misusing the platform for any form of money laundering.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Data Security

• The platform uses SSL encryption to keep members' data secure.
• Members' financial data is not sold or transferred to third parties.
• Certain information may need to be provided to the relevant authorities due to legal obligations.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

An account may be closed either by the member or by aq 999.

11.1 Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any funds remaining in the wallet; however, bonus funds for which the wagering requirement has not been met are not refundable.

11.2 Closure at aq 999's Initiative

aq 999 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of terms or fraud.
• If the member is identified as a minor.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• To comply with legal obligations or regulatory instructions.

12 Dispute Resolution

aq 999 is committed to resolving all types of disputes with members quickly and fairly.

12.1 Complaints Process

2. If the issue is not resolved via live chat, send a detailed complaint by email.
3. Each complaint will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable time.

12.2 Limitations

If a complaint is not raised within 30 days of an incident, the claim may not be accepted. The final decision on game results or betting outcomes rests with aq 999.

13 Changes to Terms & Conditions and Effectiveness

aq 999 reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time.

• For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

13.1 Entire Agreement
